No, our quests are designed to be done off-screen. We believe there is a value in spending time away from our mobile phones and PCs sometimes and therefore we will only send these quests in physical format, through old-fashioned post.

Our standard quests are designed for people of 16 years or older. Quests for kids are personalized to the age of the child participating.

This is no mass production and each letter is written specifically for you. - Most similar services focus purely on crimes. While we have a murder quest available as well (we know everyone loves a good ficticious crime), most of our quests focus on more positive topics. We believe there is mystery to be found everywhere. - We care deeply about the planet and each quest you complete plants a tree. This way we take care of the future of our planet while having fun.

Each envelope will contain a letter from your contact person. Aside from the letter, the content will be different, depending on each quest and each stage of the story. These could be other letters, documents, photographs, objects etc.

Each letter is handwritten and directed to you. You will be able to ask questions that will be answered in your letters. Some puzzles, clues or other documents will be personalized to your likes.

The letters are actual letters, they will be sent by post to your home so you can work on the documents.

All letters are personalized just for you. In this personalization we will take your preferences into consideration. Some puzzles may also be personalized to your tastes. ​

Your address will be stored in our database. It will not be used for any other reasons, nor will it be shared with any third parties.

There are three difficulty levels: Relaxed Each letter has many clues and instructions. This is recommended for people who have never done an escape room or similar activities Challenging Each letter has clues but they are not extremely evident Extreme For those of you that are experts in escape rooms and really want to spend time inspecting each letter for clues. Very few hints are available in the letters

No problem! Since each letter is prepared especially for you, we can adjust the difficulty level in each letter. When you complete a letter you can indicate whether the difficulty was right or not, and we will adapt accordingly

We care about sustainability. Our quests are mailed and sent on paper. We compensate for this by planting a tree for each quest you solve. By participating in these quests, you will collaborate to a better future.

Yes, we can prepare a gift certificate for the person to choose which quest they would like to do.
